In-home family support (IHF) services, as stated on the BI, CAC, CADI, and DD waivers, shall be provided to a person and their family (including extended family members) in the family’s home and in the community to enable the person to remain in or return to the home. This includes training the person and family members to increase their capabilities to care for and maintain the person in the home.
Active Care’s IHFS services help develop, maintain, and improve your loved ones’ skills in:
- Housekeeping
- Food preparation and eating
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Social and adaptive skills
- Health, safety, and wellness
- Household management
